Return Policy

Due to our announced store closure, all items purchased on or after November 3rd, 2016 will be a final sale. Thank you for your understanding.

 

We offer exchanges or returns within 30 days from date of shipment, for full price merchandise that is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

Items that have been altered, hemmed or customized are not returnable.

'IZ On Sale' and items purchased during promotions are final sale.

All returns require a return order (RO) number. Please contact customer care with your order details, including PO# at info@izcollection.com to receive yours. RO Numbers expire 2 weeks from date of issue. Returns must be postmarked within this period, or we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please take care when packaging your return. Ensure all items are placed in the plastic bag and the box is sealed as any items damaged during transit may not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges will be shipped 2-14 working days after we receive them. Size exchanges are only available when the same style is available in your selected size. Exchange requests for alternate products will be in the form of a store credit.

In the unlikely event your order arrives faulty or damaged, we are absolutely happy to offer you a full refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and attach a clear photo showing the fault or damage. Please note there may be some slight differences in color due to screen resolution settings.

Returns must be made to our studio in Toronto, Canada via regular post only. We are unable to accept returns made via couriers (UPS, FedEx etc.). Any garments sent by this method will be returned at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns outside of our policy.
